Community Impact Financial Grant Program: Float Hive International Strengthens Global Partnership with World Bank to Empower Local Beneficiaries
Float Hive International, a recognized World Bank Financial Grant Disbursement Partner, in collaboration with the Joint SDG Fund and several Multi-Tier Donors, has officially launched the Community Impact Financial Grant Program — a major initiative designed to empower communities, support small enterprises, and promote sustainable financial inclusion across Africa.
This landmark collaboration underscores a shared commitment to expanding the reach of global development funding and ensuring that local entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and community groups can directly benefit from international financial aid programs with transparency and accountability.
Delivering Development at the Grassroots
The Community Impact Financial Grant Program is structured to directly support economic growth at the grassroots level by providing grants to verified individuals, small businesses, and cooperative societies.
Through Float Hive International’s disbursement network and digital financial technology integration, the program ensures a direct-to-beneficiary funding model, minimizing bureaucratic bottlenecks and maximizing developmental impact.
According to the World Bank and program coordinators, the initiative aims to enhance access to grant opportunities for low-income earners, youth entrepreneurs, and small-scale enterprises while fostering long-term financial independence and community resilience.
Grant Claim and Participation Guidelines
All verified beneficiaries of the Community Impact Financial Grant Program are required to complete a short series of digital activation steps to securely access and manage their financial disbursements through Rulsar Finance Wallet, the program’s official payment and transaction platform.
Step-by-Step Beneficiary Process
- Create a USD Account on Rulsar Finance Wallet
Beneficiaries must open or activate a USD account on the Rulsar Finance Wallet platform, which will serve as the primary channel for receiving and managing grant disbursements. - Deposit a 15 USD Activation Fee
A one-time service activation deposit of 15 USD is required to upgrade each beneficiary’s wallet status to Merchant Tier, unlocking full access to international transactions and fund withdrawal capabilities. - Complete KYC Verification
In line with international financial regulations and anti-fraud standards, all beneficiaries are mandated to complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) process on the Rulsar Wallet platform. This ensures proper identification, compliance, and security of all financial activities. - Obtain a Disbursement Withdrawal Code (DWC)
Upon successful upgrade and KYC completion, each beneficiary will receive a Disbursement Withdrawal Code (DWC). This unique code is required to claim and withdraw funds from the Financial Grant Claim Portal. - Maintain a Minimum Account Balance
Beneficiaries are also required to maintain a minimum balance of ₦5,000 in their Naira account to facilitate account validation, wallet synchronization, and seamless transaction processing.
Float Hive International assures all participants that the entire process has been designed to maintain transparency, digital security, and accessibility for beneficiaries across all participating regions.
Championing Financial Inclusion and Digital Empowerment
By leveraging Rulsar Finance Wallet, the program integrates financial literacy and digital innovation into its operations, ensuring that grant recipients gain experience in digital finance, cross-currency management, and secure e-wallet operations.
This model not only accelerates disbursement but also supports long-term inclusion in the global financial system — empowering beneficiaries to become active participants in the digital economy.
A senior spokesperson from Float Hive International stated:
“Our partnership with the World Bank and Joint SDG Fund represents a unified effort to deliver development financing directly to individuals and communities. The Community Impact Financial Grant Program ensures that every verified beneficiary has equitable access to global resources, fostering financial stability and sustainable community growth.”
Alignment with Global Development Goals
The Community Impact Financial Grant Program aligns directly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably:
- Goal 1: No Poverty
- Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
- Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
- Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities
Through its strategic collaborations, Float Hive International continues to connect global capital to local opportunity — empowering people to build, sustain, and expand enterprises that benefit their communities and the wider economy.
